Inside Combat Night: What Actually Happens

It's not boxing. It's not CrossFit. It's a controlled-chaos cardio mashup. Here's what to expect your first time.

Combat Night is Tribe Fortis's most-requested weekly event. It runs every other Saturday at the Tambaram facility, and it sells out within 48 hours of RSVP going live.

What it actually is

It's a 75-minute cardio-combat session that mixes boxing combos, partner drills, and agility circuits. No sparring. No contact. Just controlled intensity with a coach calling the shots.

What to expect your first time

You'll start with wrapping your hands (we teach you), a 10-minute dynamic warm-up, and then 5 rounds of 6-minute stations. Bag work, shadow boxing, footwork ladders, core blasts, partner pad holds. You'll be drenched by round 3. You'll be smiling by round 5.
