Looking for the detailed Privacy Policy for the Tribe Fortis mobile application?
Name, phone, email, emergency contact, optional health notes. That's it. We don't pull social profiles.
To run your trial booking, contact you about sessions, send the weekly newsletter (only if you opt in), and keep your health notes available to coaches.
Coaches at your home facility. The ops team. No-one else. We don't share lists with anyone.
Hosted on AWS Mumbai and secure Supabase servers. All user data is encrypted in transit and at rest with strict role-based access control.
We retain your personal data and health notes for as long as your account is active and necessary to provide coaching services. If your account is terminated, or after 90 days of inactivity following cancellation, your personal identifiable information is permanently erased or anonymized so historical metrics cannot be linked back to you.
You have the right to request full deletion of your account and personal data at any time. Submit a request by emailing tribefortis6@gmail.com with subject 'Data Deletion Request' or WhatsApping +91 91505 16579. Your active account records will be permanently erased within 30 days and purged from secure backups within 90 days.
