THE FORMAT

How it works.

We run in pace pods so the squad stays together — fastest doesn't ditch slowest. Tuesday hills, Wednesday tempo, Friday long-slow, Saturday races / time trials. Every member gets a quarterly race goal.

Three pace groups per session, so couch-to-5K and sub-22 5K run side by side and finish together.

Real surfaces

ECR beachfront. Pallikaranai marsh. Vandalur trails. We run actual ground, not just a track loop.

Every member gets a goal race + a 12-week plan. Half marathons, 10Ks, ultras — your pick.
