Just bring comfortable workout clothes, a water bottle, and a towel. We provide all the equipment needed for the games and exercises. Athletic shoes are recommended for safety and comfort.

Programs & Training

We offer Games That Turn Fitness Into FUN (gamified team challenges), Strength & Conditioning, Mobility & Flexibility, Endurance Training, Kids Fitness Games, Corporate Wellness programs, and specialized Athletic Performance training.

Session lengths vary by program: Mobility sessions are 30 minutes, Fitness Games and Endurance are 40-45 minutes, and Strength & Conditioning sessions are 50 minutes. All sessions include warm-up and cool-down periods.

Absolutely! We encourage trying different programs to keep your fitness journey exciting and well-rounded. Our coaches can help you create a schedule that combines multiple programs based on your goals.

Very personalized! While the games and activities are group-based, our coaches modify exercises, intensity, and challenges based on each person's fitness level, limitations, and goals. You'll always be challenged appropriately.

We require 24-hour notice for session cancellations. Monthly memberships can be paused for up to 2 months with advance notice for travel or medical reasons. No long-term contracts - you can cancel anytime with 30 days notice.

We currently have branches in Tambaram, Sholinganallur, PACE Adarsa. All locations are fully equipped with all necessary fitness equipment and provide the same high-quality experience.

Our certified trainers are experienced in working with various health conditions and injuries. We always recommend consulting with your doctor first, and our coaches will modify exercises to accommodate your specific needs safely.

All our trainers are certified in first aid and CPR. We maintain clean, well-ventilated spaces, regularly sanitize equipment, and ensure proper warm-up and cool-down in every session to prevent injuries.

Yes, with doctor's clearance! We offer modified exercises for pregnant members and new mothers. Our trainers are experienced in prenatal and postnatal fitness and will ensure all activities are safe and beneficial.

We welcome everyone from kids (5+ years) to seniors. Our Kids Fitness Games are designed for ages 5-12, while our regular programs accommodate teens to seniors. Age-appropriate modifications are always available.
