Game-based fitness uses structured physical games as the workout format itself — instead of sets, reps, and machines. Every session is a team challenge, movement puzzle, or competitive drill designed by coaches. You build strength, stamina, and coordination while your brain is in the game, not counting reps. Tribe Fortis is Chennai's first game-based fitness program.

How is Tribe Fortis different from a regular gym?

No mirrors, no machines, no treadmills. You train outdoors on turf with a squad of 12–18 people led by a coach. Every session is different, every member is known by name, and the format is built so you actually want to come back.

Morning batches run at 5 AM, 6 AM, and 7 AM daily at both Sholinganallur and Tambaram. Evening batches run at 6:30 PM and 8 PM. The 6 AM batch is the most popular with OMR working professionals.

₹6,999 per quarter for adults — that covers Games Fitness, S&C, Endurance etc. Kids Athletics has custom monthly packages available on enquiry. Zero joining or registration fee.
