Monthly plans roll over without contract. Annual plans lock for 12 months but include refund + freeze provisions.
Sessions require RSVP via the Tribe app or WhatsApp. No-shows after 2 in a month may impact future priority booking.
Mutual respect, no harassment, no discrimination. Coaches' decisions on conduct are final. We reserve the right to revoke membership for breaches without refund.
Members train at their own risk. Fill the health form honestly. Tribe Fortis carries gym-and-event insurance for facility-side incidents.

30 days' notice for any monthly fee change. Annual members' rates lock at the price they signed.
