We don't 'train' kids. We play games designed to develop the 6 athletic pillars: speed, strength, stamina, agility, coordination, endurance. Every session is mapped to a pillar focus, every quarter your kid gets an athletic progress card.
Every session has a primary pillar (e.g. agility) and a secondary one (e.g. coordination). Coaches log progress per kid, per pillar.
50 minutes of full-body movement and team play. The hardest part of your day is getting them to leave.
Like a sports report card — speed test, agility ladder, push-up count, broad jump. Your kid sees their own progress.
Caps at 12. Every kid gets called by name. Every kid plays every game.
Built the 6-pillar kids curriculum. Background in competitive sport, now focused on developing the next generation.
