  • Contact Information: Name, Email Address, and Phone Number.
  • Account Identifiers: Unique user IDs, including integrations with third-party platforms (e.g., BuddyPT ID).
  • Profile Information: Role (Coach, Client, Admin) and associated team assignments.

Health and Fitness Data

To provide our coaching services, we collect data related to your fitness journey, including:

  • Workout programs and exercise routines assigned to you.
  • Attendance records, session logs, and training levels.
  • Team and group memberships within the Tribe Fortis ecosystem.

Derivative Data

Information our servers automatically collect when you access the App, such as your native actions that are integral to the App, including your interactions with the coaching dashboard, team management screens, and workout assignments.

Use of Your Information

Having accurate information about you permits us to provide you with a smooth, efficient, and customized experience. Specifically, we may use information collected about you via the App to:

  • Create and manage your account.
  • Sync and integrate your profile with the BuddyPT ecosystem.
  • Manage team rosters, assign team captains, and track member attendance.
  • Deliver personalized workout programs and coaching materials.
  • Monitor and analyze usage and trends to improve your experience with the App.
  • Notify you of updates to the App and services.

Disclosure of Your Information

We may share information we have collected about you in certain situations. Your information may be disclosed as follows:

Third-Party Service Providers: We may share your information with third parties that perform services for us or on our behalf, including data analysis, email delivery, hosting services (e.g., Supabase), and customer service.

BuddyPT Integration: As part of our core functionality, your profile data (Name, Email, Phone, BuddyPT ID) is synchronized with BuddyPT to ensure seamless coaching management.

Coaches and Admins: If you are a client, your profile, attendance, and workout data will be visible to your assigned Coaches and Team Captains to facilitate training and team management.

Security of Your Information

We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. Our backend infrastructure is powered by secure cloud providers (including Supabase) which employ industry-standard encryption and security protocols. While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information you provide to us, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable.

Your Data Rights

Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal data:

  • Access and Portability: You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correction: You can request that we correct any inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Deletion: You can request that we delete your personal data (“Right to be Forgotten”), subject to certain exceptions.
