At Tribe Fortis Kids Athletics, children play structured games built around six developmental athletic pillars. Every quarter, parents receive a progress card.

At Tribe Fortis Kids Athletics, children do not do repetitive adult workouts. They play structured games built around six developmental athletic pillars. Every quarter, parents receive a progress card.

The Six Pillars

  • Speed: Reaction speed and acceleration.
  • Strength: Relative control of their own body weight.
  • Stamina: Duration they can stay active without exhaustion.
  • Agility: Ease and balance when changing direction.
  • Coordination: Smooth motor integration between eyes, hands, and feet.
  • Endurance: Sustaining focus and movement over longer game cycles.

How to Use the Card

Look for individual trends over time rather than arbitrary letter grades. Compare your child against their past baseline, never against other kids.
